This is Coco from Shandong TITAN Vehicle Co.,Ltd. Glad to know you are interested in our lowbed trailer. We started to produce semi trailers since 2004.

And we have sold many lowbed trailers to our customers. We woud like to show more details about our lowbed trailer with you through this email.

1) Main beam: we use high strength manganese steel Q460C to weld the main beam, stronger and more durable than ordinary steel.

For 3 axle 60 ton lowbed trailer, the height of main beam is 500mm, and thickness of middle plate is 12mm.

2) Side beam: Side beam is welded with high strength steel T700. The bearing capacity is twice that other steels.

   And it adopts “H” shape design, height is 300 mm, width is 140 mm, which match with main beam perfectly.

3) Gooseneck: the gooseneck for our semi trailer is designed to push down to avoid tilting while heavy load.

    The gooseneck part of main beam is also reinforced with double vertical plate, so that the deformation is smaller during heavy load.

As mentioned above, our lowbed trailer has updated many times and done many improvement to ensure the bearing capacity and service life.
