1. Titan uses Q345 high strength steel to produce the fuel tank trailer,which is the best material
to fuel tank trailer.And the thickness the tank body is 5 mm.
The tank body adopts the professional canning machine canning technology and forms at one
time.The maximum to protect the tank to the firmness.
2.Titan fuel tank trailer using the most advanced welding technology, through single-side welding
double-sided forming welding, welding more solid and smooth, without welding defects,
absolutely will not appear the phenomenon of open welding, tank can be used for more than 10
years.
3.TITAN tank adopts longitudinal welding technology to reduce the number of weld seams of the
tank and improve the overall firmness of the tank by more than 20%.
4.The tank body adopts the professional canning machine canning technology and forms at one
time.The maximum to protect the tank to the firmness.
In case of accidental collision, the tank will not crack.To ensure the safety of the tanker and
increase the service life.
5.Titan oil tanker adopts polyurethane paint with high adhesion, high chromogenic, beautiful color,and the cost is twice that of ordinary paint.
The paint will not come off after five years.
Before spray painting, the whole tank trailer for many times sandblasting rust, spray anti-rust
paint, spray primer, spray top paint, three layers of paint spraying. The paint will last five years.
6.Discharging valve: it can be placed on the left or right side of the tank;
Can be divided into compartment, such as three compartments, four compartments and so on.
The model can choose Chinese style, European style
The discharging valve could be made of European style.
7.Bottom valve: each compartment of Titan tank has bottom valve. Other factories won't if
customers didn’t required.
8.Manhole cover: we use the European standard anti-explosion cover. Built-in breathing valve. This
is the oil and gas recovery valve, and this is the overflow valve
9.All Titan tanker after the production, will be carried out pressure test and metal inspection test,
to ensure the tank sealing good
10.Titan has a 16-ton brake axle; TITAN's vehicle axles has 9 years of experience in production,
better loading capacity and good braking effect. Other factories use 13 ton brake system axle
11.We have been working with the company on tires for more than 12 years. The quality is
very stable .In China, it can use 200,000 kilometers for two years without any problem.
