4. Gas circuit: the sealing condition shall be checked frequently, and any air leakage shall be eliminated in time; Check the working condition of each valve frequently. If it fails, repair or replace it; The safety valve shall be opened when the pressure is 0.2MPa, and the pressure in the tank shall not exceed 0.2MPa.
5. Tank body: regularly check the tank body welds for air leakage. If this phenomenon is found, repair welding shall be carried out in time.
6. Tank air chamber: frequently check the air chamber canvas. If it is damp, airtight or damaged, it shall be replaced in time; Check whether the air chamber pressure strip is compacted. If there is air leakage, it will affect the unloading effect and shall be eliminated in time
1. Before unloading, check whether the unloading butterfly valve, external air source interface, exhaust valve and two feed ports are closed and tightened. If not, tighten them first to prevent air leakage;
2. Start the engine, shift the transmission to neutral, and press the clutch pedal to completely separate the transmission from the engine;
3. Turn on the solenoid valve switch of the power take-off and slowly release the clutch pedal to turn the air compressor;
4. Adjust the operating handle of the operating mechanism, adjust the speed of the air compressor to about 900r / min and stabilize it;
5. When the pressure reaches 0.18mpa, first open the blowing aid pipe, then open the discharge butterfly valve of the front and rear silos to start unloading, and then the pointer of the air compressor will stabilize to a certain value;
6. When the air pressure drops to 0.04MPa, the rear bin has been unloaded, close the blowing aid pipe, open and close the rear bin butterfly valve several times, and then close the rear bin butterfly valve and rear bin air inlet valve, that is, only the front bin is unloaded, and then the pressure will rise and stabilize to a certain value;
7. When the pressure of the barometer reaches 0mpa, the unloading is completed, close the air compressor (close the power take-off switch) and close the unloading butterfly valve.
