Let me show you the details and the advantageous of our lowbed trailer.

1.Titan uses the Q460C high strengthen steel to produce the trailer. The yield strength of Q460C steel is ≥620Mpa, more durable and stronger than ordinary steel, and its loading capacity is 5 times more than the trailer which adopt Q345 steel.

Titan uses more thick steel plate to produce the trailer. The middle plate is 500 mm height,12 mm thick; the upper plate is 20 mm thick, 200 mm wide;the bottom plate is 20 mm thick,200 mm wide.

Other suppliers only use Q345 steel to produce the main beam,the width of the upper and bottom plate is 140 mm,the loading capacity is 27% lower than Titan's main beam.

2.Titan has triple reinforced the main beam of the axle part.

3.The side beam adopts "H" shape design and is welded with T700 high-strength steel, which perfectly matches the main beam.

The height of the side beam is 300 mm, width is 140 mm and the thickness is 8 mm.And the side beam adopts H-shape design,which has double loading capacity and triple bump resistance.

4.The inclined support is make of Q460C high strength steel,the thickness is 6 mm.And the main support in the middle also made of 6 mm high strength steel,which link the main beam and side beam into a whole effectively.

5.For the lowbed trailer whose loading capacity is more than 80 tons,the inclined supports adopt H-shape design,which makes the trailer more strength.

6.Titan climbing ladder is made of high-strength steel plate H60 welded with strong bearing capacity, effectively ensuring that the excavators or other heavy equipment can pass through the spring ramp without deformation or damage. Titan uses quality springs that allow one person to descend and ascend the ladder.

7.Titan uses double steel plates to enhance the side beam at the wheel part.Other supplier just enhance the wheel part,but Titan enhances the total side beam.

9.Titan bottom plate is 5mm pattern plate, thicker than the 4mm bottom plate used by other factories. The bottom plate is durable and not easy to deform. 

10.Titan uses high strength steel box to enhance the lowbed trailer gooseneck,which make the trailer has longer service life.Other supplier just use steel plate.
