Check out our new generation of flatbed trailer.

After a period of time, the product will be upgraded, and now we are showing you our latest generation of flatbed trailers.

It is mainly used for transporting 20&40ft containers or some other cargo.

We also have the 2 axles, 3 axles, 4 axles, the model with front board, and the color could be

painted as your request; We also can customized according to your request 100%.

1. We adopts the Low carbon high strength alloy steel Q345 to make the main beam , it has a

higher carry capacity and service life of more than 10 years.

We use automatic submerged arc welding process to weld the main beam. There is no interface

between the upper, middle and lower plates of the beam, so it can ensure the integrity of the

main beam and make the beam more solid and durable.

2.We adopts the Polyurethane paint for all of our trailers which has high adhesion, more

beautiful color, and the cost is twice of ordinary paint. But the paint will not fall off after morethan five years of use.

3.We adopts the best parts for our trailer, such as the axle with 16 tons brake system, 3mm base

plate, etc. with longer service life.

4.The floor plate is the 3 mm and it’s diamond plate, It is thicker than the 2.5mm or 2mm floor plate of other factories. The floor plate is strong and durable, and is not easy to deform.

5. The bottom plate reinforced double plate at the gooseneck part of the main beam, and double plate for the middle beam,

the deformation range of the trailer during heavy load is small, which is better for use.

6. TITAN optional Jost landing gear which is a world recognized famous brand accessory with a better bearing capacity and long service life.

7. The thickness of the side beam we made is 160mm, 100mm channel for through beam,

and all of the through beam are supported by the Inclined support frame, and the distance of these frame no more than 500mm,

which can ensure the trailer not easy to deform.

8.We have 6 beams under the floor plate, effectively ensure the flatness of the floor plate.

9.We use the reinforced suspension on our trailer, 70mm center balance pin. In the front and rear of the suspension, left and right are reinforced.

A separate focus on road conditions in Africa, addressing dirt and poor road conditions.

10.We used a 16 ton brake axle ;TITAN's vehicle axle has 9 years of experience in production quality, better bearing capacity and good braking effect. Other factories use 13 ton brake system axle.

11.For the braking system, effective braking, fast braking response, braking distance reduction of more than 5 meters. Also available is the WABCO braking system.

12.TITAN trailers brake pipe is a high-pressure rubber pipe, the service life of more than 10 years. Wires are made of cables. Service life over 5 years. Other supplier is used on the ordinary pair of windpipes and wires, service life of about 1 year.

13.We has been working with the tires company for more than 12 years. The quality is very stable. In China, it can use 200,000 kilometers for two years without any problem.
