1) Bottom plate: our lowbed trailer adopts 5 mm thickness checkered plate, which is more durable and not easy to be deformed.

2) Ladder: the ladder is an important part of lowbed trailer. Our ladder is welded with high strength steel H60. It has strong bearing capacity.

    And can effectively ensure that the weight of excavators or other heavy equipment can pass through the ladder without deformation and damage.

    The service life can reach to 5 years. In addition, we adopt high quality spring for ladder. Only one person can operate the lift and lower of the ladder easily.

3) The gooseneck part of main beam is also reinforced with double vertical plate, so that the deformation is smaller during heavy load.

    And for landing gear, the world famous JOST landing gear with better bearing capacity and longer service life is optional.

4) Suspension: we use reinforced suspension with 70 mm center balance pin. And to deal with some dirty and bad road conditions, the front, rear, left and right of suspension are reinforced specially.
