Today I want to show you the Main Beam and Side Beam Strengths of TITAN 3 Axles 60 Ton Lowbed Trailer, when compared with other brands.
1. Main beam
The main beam of Titan low bed trailer is made of HG60 high strength structural steel. HG60 steel has a yield strength of ≥620Mpa, which is more durable and stronger than ordinary steel. Its bearing capacity is 5 times greater than the trailers made of Q345 steel.
TITAN low bed trailer main beam adopts a height of 500mm and a thickness of 12mm. The thickness of upper plate is 20mm, the thickness of lower plate is 20mm and the width of upper and lower plate is 200mm.

2. Side beam
The side beam adopts "H" shape design and is welded with high strength steel T700. The height is 300mm, width is 140mm and thickness is upper 8, middle 6 and lower 8mm. Our material is twice the bearing capacity of other steel. So, it will not deform after ten years of use. Anti-bumpiness performance is increased by 3 times.

3. Crossbeam
The crossbeams are made of high-strength steel HG60 with a thickness of 6mm. Inclined Supports are also made of HG60 with a thickness of 6mm. These inclined Supports effectively connect the main beams and side beams together into a whole. Bearing capacity and anti-bumpiness performance are greatly enhanced, and the service life is more than 10 years.
Due to the special design, the main beams are not hollowed out, which greatly enhance the trailer’s loading capacity and service life. (As for the flatbed trailer, its crossbeams have to go through the main beams, so its main beam needs to be hollowed out.)
